The PlayStation Store To Start Selling Japanese Imports This Month
By Dr. Eleanor Vance | Published on January 01, 0001
A press release from MonkeyPaw Games indicates that Imports on the PlayStation Store is starting up on the PlayStation Network next week, with shooters Cho Aniki and GaiaSeed acting
as
launch titles for the new service. We’ve heard a PlayStation Network import store talked about in rumors before, but this is the first concrete information we can recall seeing about the service (see update below), which will allow North American players to purchase Japanese titles directly through PSN in their original form.(new Image()).src = 'https://capi.connatix.com/tr/si?token=995c4c7d-194f-4077-b0a0-7ad466eb737c&cid=872d12ce-453b-4870-845f-955919887e1b'; cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "995c4c7d-194f-4077-b0a0-7ad466eb737c" }).render("79703296e5134c75a2db6e1b64762017"); }); https://kotaku.com/leaked-documents-discuss-psn-imports-date-ps3-motion-c-5364892 According to MonkeyPaw Games, the service launches on September
21, and will give games that never made it overseas a chance to shine. Games like Cho Aniki, the bizarre shooter filled with half naked [[link]] men and the pulsing techno beat of GaiaSeed.
We’ve heard absolutely nothing from Sony regarding the new service at this point, and it seems strange that MonkeyPaw would drop this news before [[link]] Sony itself. We’ve reached out to Sony Computer Entertainment [[link]] America for comment, and will update once the company responds.
Update: Our bad! Sony actually mentioned the PlayStation Imports in a PlayStation Blog post from September 8. We just weren’t paying attention. I blame society. Thanks to Steve for setting us straight! In the meantime, visit MonkeyPaw Games for details on the games and instructions on how to play for the Japanese-impaired.

The progressive jackpots are thrilling, and it's exciting to watch the jackpot amounts grow as more players spin the reels. I hope they add even more jackpot slots because it adds a lot of excitement to the gameplay. Sometimes I wish there were more ways to earn rewards through loyalty programs or frequent player bonuses. Adding seasonal events or special challenges could enhance the excitement even further.
The variety of games is excellent, including table games like blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, in addition to slots. This keeps the platform interesting and allows me to switch games depending on my mood. I appreciate the themed slot games, especially those based on movies and TV shows. They make the gaming experience more engaging and immersive. The combination of storyline, visuals, and bonus features makes each game feel unique.
